At Artora, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly while protecting our creative and logistical processes. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been successfully placed. Each order is immediately forwarded for production and packaging, and due to our streamlined fulfillment process, we are unable to halt or reverse it.

🔹 No refunds or cancellations will be entertained for change of mind after placing the order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions as mentioned below. We value transparency and request that all refund claims be made in a timely and verifiable manner.
Eligibility for Refunds:
A refund will be considered only in the following cases:
- If the product received is damaged during transit
- If the customer receives a completely different product than what was ordered
Conditions for Processing Refunds:
- You must report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You are required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video that captures the sealed package being opened, visibly showing the defect or incorrect product.

We regret that no refund requests will be entertained without valid video proof submitted within the 48-hour window.
Return and Pickup Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Artora will arrange for the return pickup at no additional cost to you.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered — unused and securely packed.
Refund Method and Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund process. You will have the option to choose from the following:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A coupon code of the same value for use in your next purchase
Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Any claims made after the 48-hour window will not be considered.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
