This policy details how your order moves from our site to your doorstep, and what to do if something goes amiss.

Production & Dispatch

After you confirm your Order, our printing partner will manufacture and package your poster. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, after which it is handed off to a courier service.

Delivery Timeframe  

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Delays: These estimates are not guaranteed; unforeseen events such as public holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods may extend delivery times.

Shipping Area   

We currently ship exclusively within India. International orders are not supported at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments    

If your shipment fails to arrive within 10 business days, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

For damaged items, follow the process in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (video proof within 2 days) to receive a refund.
