Welcome to Artora. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of metal posters from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these T&C in full.


Scope and Definitions  

  • Products
    Refers to any metal poster—standard or custom design—offered on our site.
  • Order
    Your request to purchase one or more Products.
  • Printing Partner
    The external service we engage to produce, package, and ship your ordered posters.
  • Payment Gateway
    The service we use to collect payment (e.g., credit/debit card processing, UPI, wallets).

By defining these terms up front, we ensure clarity about who does what and what each term means throughout these policies.

Design Ownership & Licensing

Artora offers metal posters featuring a wide range of designs. These include:


- Original artworks created by our in-house design team  

- AI-generated visuals crafted using commercially usable tools  

- Fan-inspired or user-submitted artworks, including publicly available designs sourced from platforms like Pinterest and other visual platforms


We do not claim copyright ownership over all third-party inspired or user-submitted artworks. These are used for artistic, aesthetic, or fan-appreciation purposes only.


If you are an artist, copyright holder, or rights owner and believe your work has been used without proper credit or permission, please contact us directly at [artora.official.in@gmail.com]. We are committed to addressing valid concerns, and if needed, will remove or properly credit the content immediately.


We respect and value the creative work of all artists and creators.

Order Fulfillment  

Once you place your Order, our system securely transmits the design details to our trusted printing partner. They handle the physical production, quality checks, and packing of your poster, then arrange courier delivery to your address. This collaboration allows us to focus on curating and designing unique artwork, while ensuring you receive a professionally printed, well-protected product.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment  

All prices on artora.co.in are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to pay in full via our secure payment gateway, which supports major credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Any issues with payment processing, disputes, or chargebacks follow the standard procedures set by our payment provider.

Accuracy of Product Information  

We strive to present each poster’s dimensions, color palette, and finish as accurately as possible. However, slight variations can occur due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, or the printing process itself. Illustrations on the site are for guidance; your delivered product may look a little different in person. If you ever have concerns about these differences, please contact us.

Third-Party Links  

From time to time, our site may link to blogs, social media, or other external websites. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party site.  

Limitation of Liability   

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Artora and its printing partner are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses—such as lost profits or data—arising from your use of our website or purchase of Products. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or system outages), we cannot guarantee performance but will make every effort to resume service promptly.   

Governing Law   

These T&C are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute must be brought before the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.    

Entire Agreement & Updates   

These T&C, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, form the complete agreement between you and Artora. We may revise these terms at any time—changes become effective as soon as they are posted, and your continued use of the site or placement of a new Order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
